WORKFLOW
BOOKING & PLANNING
The first step is to book your session. In order to secure your date, a non-refundable booking fee is required. After the date is booked, I will send you on a questionnaire for you which is a way for me to get to know you and make sure we capture the moments that are most important to you. Once I've received the questionnaire back, we will schedule a consultation (in-person or via FaceTime/Skype) to go over any last minute details and address any potential weather issues if we will be outdoors.
The Session
On the day of the session all you need to do is go about your day as you normally would. I will be capturing whatever naturally unfolds.
Delivery
Following the session, I will work away in the editing suite combining footage, music, sound and colour grading creating your unique story. The film will be delivered 4-5 weeks after the session via a private link which you can then download and share.
FAQ's
Can the session be at 2 different locations?
If you have booked a Family Film Session, then yes! If you have a beach, park or other favourite location nearby, we can definitely spend some time there. It just needs to be within 15km from your home.
Do you travel for sessions?
*Currently on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Yes. Within Ireland: There is no charge if you are within 40km of my home in Galway City. For sessions further out it is €.60/km for additional kms.
Abroad: I always enjoy a bit of travelling! For sessions outside of Ireland, send me a message and let’s work something out.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION?
I understand that life is busy and things don’t always go to plan. If something comes I just ask that let me know at least 24 hours in advance if possible and we can reschedule for a later date.
How do we prepare for the session?
As soon as your session is booked I will send you on a questionnaire and guide and we will go over the flow and preparation of the session together.
Are photos included in the session?
While I may take some photos during the session they are not guaranteed as my main focus will be on filming rather than photography.
What is your style?
While we will plan the activities together that we want to include ahead of time, during the session itself I will take a hands off approach where I capture the moments as they naturally unfold.
